Shipping policy

Orders above 50 EUR are shipped for free of charge. The delivery of orders of smaller value (up to 50 EUR) costs from 5 to 15 EUR depending on the country. If the matter is urgent (and a birthday often is the case!) you can opt for UPS Express for a set fee of 20 EUR.
Please keep in mind that we ask for 1 or 2 days to pack and dispatch your order and we operate from Monday to Friday with the exception of National holiday.
Please contact us if you have questions concerning delivery. Also let us know if your parcel is late, it's in our interest that you receive it on time.
