Delivery & Returns
All OVO Things' orders are shipped with the courier companies (UPS or DPD). Orders above 65 EUR are shipped for free of charge within the European Union. The delivery of orders of smaller value (up to 65 EUR), also the delivery to non EU countries of orders of any value costs from 5 to 25 EUR depending on the country. For the EU countries we also offer a possibility of express delivery for a fixed fee of 25 EUR.
We ship to most European countries and the USA. Please contact us by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to know about the shops that represent OVO Things in the non-EU countries to buy locally. Also we can calculate the shipping cost for your order to see if you wish to pay for the service.
After your order is placed we send you a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped we send you the final confirmation of the purchase with a tracking number. We usually pack an order in 2-3 days; the delivery terms depend on the destination. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Lithuanian public holidays.
Please note that items shipped with courier service require a signature upon delivery and that companies usually operate between 9 am - 6 pm on business days (it may be more convenient to give your work address therefore).
Usually it takes 2-6 business days for a package to arrive depending on destination. Delivery times are guidelines only and may vary depending possible delays due to payment authorization or customs clearance as well as rural destinations or during Holidays.
Each order has an insurance during shipping until it is delivered to you. After you (or other person you have specified as a recipient while ordering a product) sign an order upon delivery, responsibility for the shipment passes to you.
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Deliveries to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of goods. The customer is liable for any extra charges.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If an item purchased is faulty or you decide to return the purchased item for some other reason you must contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt. Items can be returned within 14 days in fully resalable condition and packaging. OVO Things reserves the right to refuse a refund if items were returned in damaged condition. Return shipping of non faulty items is at the buyer's expense.
After informing us please send your returns to the following address: OVO Things/ OVO daiktai, Bokšto 10B-7A, Vilnius 01126, Lithuania. For Lithuanian customers please use DPD pick-up point address Zarasų g. 5A (Užupio RIMI), +370 655 70710.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit equal to the price of a returned item will be applied to your original method of payment, as soon as possible.
