Delivery & Returns
All OVO Things' orders are shipped with LP Express, with the exception of small items (up to 150 euros) which are delivered by regular mail. OVO Things provide shipping free of charge.
We ship worldwide to most common destinations and we may include some countries in a run so please check your country individually at the checkout. If your country is not listed among those we currently ship to, please do not hesitate to contact us by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ship to most European countries, North America (Canada, USA), Asia (China, South Korea, Indonesia, Russia, and Singapore), also Australia and New Zealand.
After your order is placed we will send you a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped we will send you the final confirmation of the purchase with a tracking number. We usually dispatch an item in 1-2 days; we operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Lithuanian public holidays.
Please note that items shipped with courier service require a signature upon delivery and that companies usually operates between 9 am - 6 pm on business days (it may be more convenient to give your work address therefore).
Items shipped with the courier service usually takes 2-6 business days depending on destination. Items shipped by regular mail arrive within 3 weeks to the most distanced locations. Delivery times are guidelines only and may vary depending possible delays due to payment authorization or customs clearance as well as rural destinations or during Holidays.
Each order has an insurance during shipping until it is delivered to you. After you (or other person you have specified as a recipient while ordering a product) sign an order upon delivery, responsibility for the shipment passes to you.
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Deliveries to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of goods. The customer is liable for any extra charges.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
OVO Things has return policy of 21 days. If you decide to return the purchased item please contact OVO Things at email@example.com immediately. The item can be returned within 21 days of delivery in fully resalable condition and packaging (including labels) with the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed. OVO Things reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items if they were returned in damaged condition.
Please send your returns to the following address: OVO Things, Užupio 18-5, Vilnius, LT 01205, Lithuania. When returning items, please choose a safe shipping alternative since it is your responsibility for shipping until we have received the items.
If you want to change an item to a different size or color, simply return the item to us and purchase a new one you choose at our online store.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit equal to the price of a returned item will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.
Shipping costs are non-refundable with the exception of faulty items. If an item purchased is classified as faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Return shipment are at customer’s expense and responsibility.
