Choose from three different blends My Cup of Tea blended for us.
Refreshing Rose & Cardamom. The delicate sweetness of rose is perfectly paired with the warming notes of cardamom, mint, crisp apples and green rooibos to make an aromatic infusion that is reminiscent of Moroccan gardens. A harmonious caffeine-free blend for an afternoon tea.
Uplifting Ginger & Lemongrass. Spicy ginger and woody lemongrass on a base of sweet camomile combine in an intensely refreshing blend with fragrant citrus notes. An invigorating tisane that can help to support digestive function.
Cleansing Nettle & Mint. A calming blend of forest mint picked in the wild between July and August when it blooms in tiny violet-coloured flowers, paired with rich, earthy nettle to make a soothing infusion. This blend is perfect for drinking after dinner to aid digestion.
My Cup of Tea blends tisanes in small batches and carefully wraps them by hand in muslin, tying them with fine linen thread. The package contains 12 muslin bags.
