A unique harmonious My Cup of Tea blend for us of olive-green mint and handpicked orange blossom, peony and mallow petals. A highly aromatic tisane with a very fresh character due to its high content of essential oils. Originally taken as an anti-ageing tonic, it has a slightly bitter taste and very flowery aroma with hints of meadow sweetness from cardamom.

Mint, Wild Thyme, Marjoram, Camomile, Nettle, Orange Blossom, Peony, Ginger, Cardamom, Mallow and Cornflower petals.

My Cup of Tea unique tisane blends are made using exceptional quality herbs and flowers in unusual combinations, that are inspired by traditional recipes and the rich cultures of the world. 

Size: Loose 30 g.
Brew: Simmer for 4-5 minutes at 95°C covered, strain and serve.

sourcing and blending tea and tisanes from around the world with a flagship store in London's Soho. Herbs are grown and picked to drink and use in natural remedies in cultures throughout the world. As the owners roots are in Lithuania, they pay particular attention to the endless and abundant variety of herbs Lithuania has to offer. A combination of both cultivated and wild, lots of Lithuanian herbs  go into their tisane blends available to buy in London's Soho shop.
